Hudson, a resident of Salisbury, is retiring at the end of this year after 18 years of Viwinco service to pursue his interests of music, fishing and golf.

"Allen will be greatly missed," says Viwinco president David Barnes. "But we are extremely excited about Michael. He's knowledgeable, energetic and will be instrumental in Viwinco's success now and well into the future."
