Group Health Insurance

Coverage may be elected for full–time regular employees and their eligible dependents 90-days following the date of hire.

Dental & Vision Insurance

Coverage may be elected for full–time regular employees and their eligible dependents 90-days following the date of hire. An employee can enroll in Dental and Vision Insurance regardless of Group Health Insurance selection.

Group Life Insurance & Long-Term Disability

Life Insurance and Long Term Disability are available for all full-time employees, at no cost to employees.

Paid Time Off

Up to 25 vacation days are earned accordingly and prorated based on the date of hire. Upon hiring, Viwinco provides all eligible employees 14 paid holidays each year.
