Viwincos Owner and President - David Barnes

David Barnes

David Barnes is  the second-generation owner of Viwinco windows and has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience within the industry. After graduating from college, David began working for Viwinco as the first outside salesmen. A few years later, he purchased the company and continued to cultivate it based on the humble principals it was founded on. His genuine and friendly personality has allowed him to build and maintain strong relationships on the sales side of the business and he continues to preserve an open-door policy with his employees. While he is now mostly removed from the day-to-day operations, he acts as a mentor to both his son, Skyler Barnes and Viwinco General Manager, Michael Duncan Jr.

Michael Duncan

After graduating from Susquehanna University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2009, Michael A. Duncan Jr. began his career with Viwinco, Inc. as a project manager. Shortly after, he moved onto customer service and then took on an outside sales role, managing the Delmarva Peninsula. In 2017, Michael was promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing to oversee Viwinco sales in both northern and southern markets. Simultaneously, Michael began to assume control of the operational side of the business as well, leading to him being named General Manager in 2018 as well as being elected to the Board of Directors. Throughout Michael’s career in upper-management, he has made it a priority to modernize the company. Having overseen projects from launching our web-based quoting software “VQ2” and the new Viwinco website, to building our state-of-the-art training facility and manufacturing expansions, Michael has focused on making Viwinco a company of the future.

Mike Duncan

Prior to joining Viwinco, Michael A. Duncan, Sr. owned and operated his own construction company for 13 years. He began his career with Viwinco in 1982 when he was hired as Plant Manager. In 1990, he was promoted to General Manager and then President of Viwinco of Ohio, Inc. in 1996. During this time, he simultaneously managed both the Ohio plant and the Pennsylvania plant, splitting his time between the two. In 2002, he was promoted to Corporate Vice President and served as the Secretary of the Corporation and is a member of the Viwinco Board of Directors. In 2018, Mike was promoted to the Chief Operating Officer of Viwinco and focuses on mentoring the next generation of Viwinco leadership. Throughout his Viwinco career, Mike emphasized the need to control the source, which resulted in us bringing many typically outsourced processes in-house, resulting in industry leading turnaround times.

Chief Research & Development Officer (CR&DO)
Skyler Barnes

After graduating from the University of Colorado in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and minors in Economics and Business Entrepreneurship, Skyler Barnes joined Viwinco in 2017 as a Project manager overseeing the implementation of our 650 Door line. Since then, Skyler has worked within the R&D department to coordinate the installation of our automated Erdman insulated glass line and most recently our in-house lamination line.  In 2018, Skyler was promoted to R&D Director and was elected to the Viwinco Board of Directors. He is now focused on product development, looking for ways to continually improve on our products and test for higher performance ratings.

Director of Continuous Improvement
Zach Kauffman

A Penn State Mechanical Engineering graduate with over 20-years manufacturing experience, Zach Kauffman joined the Viwinco team in May 2021 as the Director of Manufacturing. Over the past two decades, Zach has established a career based on Lean implementation, capacity expansion and quality enhancement. Some of Zach’s initial goals for Viwinco are to improve upon existing processes and further implement Lean manufacturing concepts in production. At the start of 2026, Zach transitioned to the role of Director of Continuous Improvement to drive our Lean transformation efforts and bring Viwinco manufacturing to the next level.

Maricela Cornejo-Jimenez

In the Summer of 2018, Maricela joined the Viwinco Accounting Department as a payroll specialist/ accounting assistant. Due to her meticulous nature and strong business analyzation skills, she was quickly promoted to Accounting Manager and Controller shortly after that. Maricela holds a Bachelors degree in accounting, is fluent in both Spanish and English and has accumulated a wealth of experience in public accounting, business management and corporate accounting. As the Viwinco Controller, Maricela ensures all corporate financials are in order, and that we continue to make wise business decisions moving forward.

Alex Patano, head of human resources

Alex Patano

Alex brings over 30 years of diverse experience in Human Resources and operations to the Viwinco team. Before joining Viwinco, Alex built a distinguished career at UPS, starting as a loader and advancing through a variety of executive roles. His HR expertise at UPS included safety, recruitment, training, employee engagement, and retention workforce planning and HR Administration, which he applied to developing executive teams along the East Coast and in Spain during an acquisition. Following his tenure at UPS, Alex held several executive-level positions in logistics and pharmaceutical companies. In 2024, he joined Viwinco as Vice President of Human Resources, where he now leads initiatives that support the company and its employees.

Jackie Wilson, Director of Supply Chain

Jackie Wilson

Jackie joined Viwinco with over 30 years of supply chain experience. In past jobs, she has served as Vice President of Supply Chain and Director of Supply Chain. Jackie is focused on improving Viwinco’s operations over the next few years through technological enhancements that aide procurement, as well as through scheduling and warehouse management.

Eddie Lowitski

Eddie brings over 20 years of experience across a wide range of fields. He began his career in the trades, working as a technician, contractor, and homebuilder before transitioning into sales. After attaining a degree in Human Resource Management from Northern Illinois University, Eddie began his tenure in the luxury building materials sector where he gained leadership and business development experience. Recently, Eddie served as the Vice President of Business Development for a home remodeling company, where he led sales teams, technology initiatives, and growth strategies across multiple markets. As CCO, Eddie is responsible for the full customer and commercial experience. He is focused on driving Viwinco’s growth while preserving the family and customer-centered values we hold dear.

Tim McGraw, Chief Financial Officer

Tim McGraw

In his 15 years as a Chief Financial Officer, Tim has been an operationally focused and strategic thought partner. Backed by an MBA from Ohio State University, he brings extensive global manufacturing and distribution expertise spanning Fortune 100 corporations, middle-market companies, and fast-paced startups. Throughout his executive career, Tim has specialized in maximizing enterprise value by executing complex M&A strategies, institutionalizing robust FP&A and internal controls, and upgrading aged corporate infrastructures. Recognized for his entrepreneurial flexibility, he consistently aligns financial strategy with daily operations to restore underperforming assets and transitioning growing businesses into market leaders.

Chris Seifert, Chief Operating Officer

Christopher Seifert

Following his service as a U.S. Navy Supply Corps officer, Christopher transitioned into manufacturing and operational excellence. He holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and has developed over 25 years of operations and manufacturing experience, including serving as Vice President of Manufacturing for a nation-wide furniture company. In his current role, Christopher leads Viwinco’s manufacturing and supply chain functions and focuses on strengthening safety, quality, reliability, delivery, cost performance, and employee development. His leadership approach centers on establishing clear expectations, developing strong leaders, empowering employees, and creating disciplined operating systems that support continuous improvement while preserving Viwinco’s family-oriented culture.
