Chad Dansby has been with the Viwinco Northern Sales Team since July 2018. Having over 10-years of experience managing 2 residential and commercial glass installation companies, he is an expert when it comes to best installation practices and thermal performance. In addition to his management experience, he also has over 20-years of blended inside and outside sales experience. At the start of 2022, Chad was promoted to the role of Northern Regional Manager where he directly oversees a team of 6 sales reps.
After serving 5-years in the U.S. Coast Guard, Jonathan Saeger decided to begin a career working in the trades, at a carpentry company. Having developed a wealth of experience on the home remodeling side, Jonathan then transitioned into a new management role at a building materials distribution site. After finding success at meeting the needs of contractors and homeowners, he was promoted to the site general manager. Jonathan joined the Viwinco northern sales team in 2018 and currently manages the mid-east and south-east Pennsylvania territory, and prides himself on his strong communication skills between his customer base.
After graduating from the California University of Pennsylvania in 2017, Dalton Leedy began his career at Vitro with a position in Human Resources. There he managed onboarding, LEAN manufacturing events and safety training. After a year with Vitro, he transitioned to RiteScreen where he held different positions in Customer Service, I.T. and Sales over a 3-year period. His most recent position as an Account Manager prepared him to step in as a Viwinco Sales Representative. Dalton Joined Viwinco in February, 2022 and is focusing on improving his Viwinco product knowledge and learning how to troubleshoot issues, to better support his customers as he begins to travel in his Eastern Pennsylvania territory.
Upstate New York, Northeast Pennsylvania
In our most northern territory, Bruce Mizera manages one our largest distribution accounts, Erie Materials, and oversees the Northern Pennsylvania and Upstate New York areas. Bruce has been with Viwinco since 2016 and brings over 30-years worth of sales experience to the Viwinco northern sales team. Native to the Binghamton area, Bruce has a strong understanding of the area, and the needs of homeowners and contractors alike.
Delmarva Peninsula-Eastern Shore
Dean came to Viwinco in March of 2022 with a lifelong career in construction and sales. Having previously ran his own construction business, he is well versed in the building materials industry and is familiar with the best installation practices in regard to windows and doors. Dean joins the Northern Sales team where he will manage the Delmarva Peninsula-Eastern Shore territory. Although he is a Florida native, Dean has spent the last 17-years in the area, and is familiar with the territory and the needs of his clients.
Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, Western New York, Indiana
Mike Poly joined the Viwinco Northern Sales Team in 2019 to manage the Ohio market, including Western Pennsylvania, Western New York, and Indiana. Mike’s diverse background includes over 10-years as a service tech for a window manufacturer and over 20-years of blended inside and outside sales experience, in the telecommunications and building materials industries. Native to Columbus, Ohio, Mike is highly knowledgeable of the Ohio market and prioritizes the needs of his cusomers.
Northern Virginia, Western Maryland, and York Pennsylvania
Chris joined the Viwinco Northern Sales Team in the Summer of 2022 to manage a Mid-Atlantic region consisting of Northern Virginia, Western Maryland, and York Pennsylvania. Chris established a diverse career in sales spanning over 25 years. Some industries he was involved in consist of plastics, auto glass, and adhesives. Chris plans to continue developing his product knowledge to support the needs of the accounts in his territory as well as homeowners.
Michael Johnson’s deep product knowledge and success in the southern market stems from a long career in the glass industry. He began as a service tech at a glass & glazing company handling installs in commercial applications. A few years later, he transitioned to an inside service manager role where he gained inside sales exposure. Shortly after, he took on an outside sales role for a glass manufacturer, where he supplied glass to other manufacturers. Finally, he transitioned into the window and door industry and in 2016, Michael joined the Viwinco team as the Southern Regional Manager, overseeing a team of 4 salesmen. Over the course of his 20+ year career, Michael always focused on providing a better level of service to his customers.
Colin Baker began his career as a contractor, installing windows and doors for commercial applications in Canada. After moving to Florida, he continued his work as an installer, working with a variety of products and learning the ins-and-outs of coastal applications and impact-resistant products. While installing Viwinco windows for Ty Pennington’s personal house in 2012, Colin was introduced to Viwinco President David Barnes. After completing the Ty Pennington project, Colin continued to use Viwinco products for projects and in 2014 he was offered the Florida sales rep position. With over 30-years worth of window & door installation and sales experience, Colin is an expert when it comes to Viwinco OceanView impact-resistant products.
North Carolina, Myrtle Beach
North Carolina native, Brad Hogan, brings over 25-years worth of window and door experience to the Viwinco southern sales team. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of positions in both outside sales, and sales management in the building materials industry. In 2017, Brad joined the Viwinco salesforce where he currently manages the North Carolina area and parts of Myrtle Beach. Brad’s extensive background and deep product knowledge make him an asset to the Carolina window and door market.
Florida Panhandle, Alabama, Mississippi
Kyle Shipp joined the Viwinco Southern Sales Team in 2019 to manage the Florida Panhandle, Alabama and Mississippi markets. His extensive background in window and door manufacturing and product development has provided him with a hands-on understanding of the way fenestration products are built and how they perform. Kyle has been working with impact-resistant products since 2004 and, as a Panhandle native, he witnesses the devastation of hurricanes annually. Kyle’s expertise in impact-resistant products allow him to breakdown complicated performance and testing information to contractors and homeowners alike.
10-year United States Air Force veteran and North Carolina native, Xander McLean brings a wealth of diversified experience to the Viwinco Southern Sales team. In addition to his military experience, Xander also has over 25-years in the building materials industry, beginning in construction and transferring over to outside sales, where he sold products to contractors in the North Carolina / Myrtle Beach area. Additionally, Xander has worked as an insurance adjuster, where he worked through 3 major hurricanes (Katrina, Irma and Harvey), which has provided him an understanding of the power behind hurricanes and the benefits of impact-resistant products. Xander currently manages the South Carolina market.
