I emailed Viwinko this morning with my issue and I received a call immediately from Hailey. She was very accommodating with our issue and followed up with an email letting me know what to expect next. Thank you for being so good at customer service. It’s hard to find these days.
Thank you Lisa from customer care, literally had a couple minor warrantee issues that she helped guide me through the process to claim and same day they are sending to me the replacements. Super easy, great customer service team and means a ton!!
Viwinco was a product I always recommended with confidence as a distributor and a contractor. When a former client reached out with a seal failure Lisa in customer service made the process as easy as could be: Thank you Viwinco and Lisa for standing by your guarantee and always providing best in industry service.
I called Customer Service about a. Window that had “fogged up inside” and I was quickly assured that it would be taken care of. Lisa was the girl who followed up by emailing me. The window was sent to a nearby supplier and Lisa sent a link on how to remove the old window and install the replacement. My contractor had chosen these windows when he renovated my kitchen. I am super pleased with the ease in which my warranty was attended to.

Had a problem with a window that was under warranty and everything was handled smoothly. Lisa in customer service is the very best. Follow up was awesome and I can't say enough good things about the entire experience. Highly recommend.

Customer service was extremely helpful, particularly Hailey, to help get my warranty order set up and quoting a potential service call as well. Will consider Viwinco in future for new or replacement windows, since the warranty process was very easy to manage.
