I purchased my home 13 years ago and the previous owners had installed Viwinco windows. One of the windows now has a failed seal. I called and spoke to Lisa in customer care. Lisa was helpful, professional, and kind- the epitome of customer service. I was given clear instructions on how to proceed. And, even though I am not the original homeowner who purchased the windows, Viwinco is standing by their product and replacing the window sashes. This is impressive and unheard-of these days. We are so pleased to resolve this issue and I cannot say enough about Lisa and the service she provided. Thank you!!!!
Lisa in Customer Service quickly processed a warranty claim on a seal fail on 2 windows out of 13 installed on new construction in 2011. Replacement parts match up precisely. These are great windows and company. I'll refer my neighbors.
We had 2 defective upper sashes. Contacted Viwinco and within one day had replacements sent. The company's rep, Lisa, was most helpful and responsive to our request. She even sent a video on how to install the replacements.Glad to do business with such an outstanding company and rep.
One never hopes to have to find out if customer service for any product is as good as reported. We had a sliding door panel lose its seal and get hazy. Communications with the company lead to a full warranty replacement. ViWinco stood by their product!Beau and Franklyn were the repair team. What a great pair of professionals : polite, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient! The door looks like nothing ever happened.My wife and I are impressed and very appreciative. Thank you Team ViWinco!!
We had technicians Cole and Andrew perform a window replacement for us. They did a first class job. They were professional and knowledgeable. A pleasure to have in our home. Michael Clark was our point of contact for scheduling and billing. He kept us well informed at every stage of the process. Excellent experience!
