We had a warranty claim as one of our handles has been having some issues. I reached out and Lisa was wonderful. Within a very short period of time, she had ordered a new handle to be sent to us. Thank you for the quick rescue.

I called the Viwinco Company to obtain parts for a few of my windows. I was surprised to find the parts I needed were under warranty. I spoke to Lisa, a company representative who was so nice to work with. She was so pleasant and so knowledgeable.

Viwinco really stands behind their warranty. I bought new windows maybe 20 years ago. Five years ago one of the sashes had condensation between the panes, and they replaced it under warranty very quickly. Then recently another one had a similar problem, and it was replaced quickly again. Thanks to Lisa for all the help she gave me processing my warranty claim and making sure it got done!

We had a customer with a Viwinco fixed casement unit that had seal failure. Lisa was very helpful in helping with the ID label and getting us the replacement panel. She was quick to respond.Much appreciated.

I wanted to praise Viwinco for their warranty and customer support. I had one window crack and two others where the seals were compromised. They covered the materials under warranty.I had the option of using someone local or having factory-direct technicians do the work. I opted to have the factory-direct technicians handle it because, IMHO, they know the windows best. The cost was reasonable, and the technicians—Ray, Boe, and Rian—were amazing.They confirmed the appointment the day before and also let me know when they were close to arriving. They were fast, clean, and friendly. I also asked them to adjust a slider for me, and they were happy to help with a few other questions I had.I highly recommend Viwinco products and their factory-direct technicians. It’s refreshing to see a company stand behind its products and provide this level of customer service.
