I had a warranty issue with a few of my windows. Lisa responded promptly and addressed the issue. She provided helpful how to video links and was clear on the information she needed to submit the warranty. Excellent customer service!!
I called about a window with broken seals and had an appointment all set up and then realized we had another window that I hadn't noticed had broken seals as well. Hailey was great to work with and fast-paced the second window so I could keep my appointment for installation and they were both able to be done at the same time. The tech was courteous and did great efficient work. I highly recommend Viwinco! Also, these windows came with a lifetime warranty which gives an added piece of mind when there are issues that come up. Only a small installation fee was charged!
Lisa and Hayley were fantastic. Hayley guided me through the process of what to do over the phone and Lisa got my part ordered and shipped within 10 minutes. They are both excellent and made the process so simple for me.
We had a very positive experience with a damaged window that was replaced under a warranty situation with no questions asked. The crew did a great job and the company stands behind their product. We are very happy with our new windows.
Service has been outstanding by Beau and Franklyn. They were the best! Excellent customer service. Quality and service was above and beyond. They were extremely neat and cleaned everything before leaving. Best crew and company!
I had doors and the seals failed. I called Viwinco and they replaced the glass. I had to pay for the labor, which was minimal. The service techs, Andrew and Cole did a fantastic job and Mike in the Customer Service Center did a great job as well. It is hard to find a company that stand behind their product, but this is one that does.
