Angie began her career with Viwinco back in 2008 when she started working a receptionist position. While quickly gaining customer service experience, she then transitioned into a customer service position. In 2015, Angie took over the customer service department as the Customer Service Manager. Angie holds a Bachelors in Business Administration and has over a decade of customer service experience. She acts as a liaison between our outside sales representatives, customer base and the company to ensure that the customer’s needs are met in a timely manner. Angie’s sense of urgency, meticulous organization skills and thorough product knowledge are an asset within our customer service department.

Having joined the Viwinco customer service department in 2001, Maria has developed nearly 20-years of customer service experience at Viwinco. One of Maria’s best assets is her extensive product knowledge across the Viwinco product lines, paired with her proficiency on our new quoting software. Maria currently manages 6 territories, and actively fields calls from customers and Viwinco outside sales reps, to assist with providing quotes, order entry and customer questions.

Michael joined the Viwinco team in October of 2020 as a Service Assistant. In this role, he processes service orders from our sales representatives and outside distributors. He is best known for his exceptional coordinating skills and friendly persona. Having managed a commercial cleaning business, he excels in a dynamic work environment and has amazing customer rapport. Since joining Viwinco, Michael continues to expanded his window expertise through training in-house in addition to outside resources. He will continue to positively impact the company for years to come.

Kelly Joined the Viwinco team in May 2021 as a Service Assistant. Having previously worked at a COVID-19 vaccination site, Kelly excels in fast paced, stressful environments and is proficient in both customer service and scheduling; skills that are essential in the service department. Since joining Viwinco, Kelly has worked closely with our Customer Service Manager Angie, to learn about the Viwinco product offerings and to become proficient with our quoting software VQ2. Kelly was able to quickly adapt to her role as Service Assistant and continues to be an asset to the Viwinco service department.

Jose Nunez

In 2020, Jose Nunez came aboard as a Viwinco Service Technician. When he began, he underwent an in-depth training regiment in our manufacturing facility to be familiarized with the Viwinco products. After completing his training, Jose spent the remainder of the year traveling with long-time Viwinco Service Tech, Ken Smith, learning how to troubleshoot common issues in the field, and repair or replace products as necessary. Jose comes to Viwinco with experience as a glass manufacturer, where he worked in fabrication and glass replacement. Jose will be handling service issues within the territories local to Viwinco.
