Angie began her career with Viwinco back in 2008 when she started working a receptionist position. While quickly gaining customer service experience, she then transitioned into a customer service position. In 2015, Angie took over the customer service department as the Customer Service Manager. Angie holds a Bachelors in Business Administration and has over a decade of customer service experience. She acts as a liaison between our outside sales representatives, customer base and the company to ensure that the customer’s needs are met in a timely manner. Angie’s sense of urgency, meticulous organization skills and thorough product knowledge are an asset within our customer service department.
Having joined the Viwinco customer service department in 2001, Maria has developed nearly 20-years of customer service experience at Viwinco. One of Maria’s best assets is her extensive product knowledge across the Viwinco product lines, paired with her proficiency on our new quoting software. Maria currently manages 6 territories, and actively fields calls from customers and Viwinco outside sales reps, to assist with providing quotes, order entry and customer questions.
Alison began working as a Viwinco customer service representative at the start of June 2022. With over 20 years of customer service experience spanning various industries, Alison will be a great contribution to the Viwinco Customer Service department. As a people person, some of Alison’s favorite aspects of customer service are getting to people and being able to provide assistance and solutions for them. Alison plans to focus on furthering her Viwinco product knowledge to better assist the southern accounts which she will manage alongside the Viwinco Southern Sales Team.
Kelly Joined the Viwinco team in May 2021 as a Service Assistant. Having previously worked at a COVID-19 vaccination site, Kelly excels in fast paced, stressful environments and is proficient in both customer service and scheduling; skills that are essential in the service department. Since joining Viwinco, Kelly has worked closely with our Customer Service Manager Angie, to learn about the Viwinco product offerings and to become proficient with our quoting software VQ2. Kelly was able to quickly adapt to her role as Service Assistant and continues to be an asset to the Viwinco service department.
Michael joined the Viwinco team in October of 2020 as a Service Assistant. In this role, he processes service orders from our sales representatives and outside distributors. He is best known for his exceptional coordinating skills and friendly persona. Having managed a commercial cleaning business, he excels in a dynamic work environment and has amazing customer rapport. Since joining Viwinco, Michael continues to expanded his window expertise through training in-house in addition to outside resources. He will continue to positively impact the company for years to come.
Throughout Tammy Groft’s career, she has been involved in the sales side of the building materials industry. While she began selling screen mesh, she quickly transitioned into a role where she sold screens to window and door manufacturers. Tammy’s dedication, close attention to detail, and exceptional product expertise allow her to never lose sight of her customer’s needs. In 2018, Tammy joined the Viwinco Northern Sales Team and has managed her territory which includes York and Adams County Pennsylvania, Northern Virginia, and Maryland. In 2022 Tammy transitioned to an inside role as the Service Manager where she will continue to develop and improve the Viwinco service department
In 2020, Jose Nunez came aboard as a Viwinco Service Technician. When he began, he underwent an in-depth training regiment in our manufacturing facility to be familiarized with the Viwinco products. After completing his training, Jose spent the remainder of the year traveling with long-time Viwinco Service Tech, Ken Smith, learning how to troubleshoot common issues in the field, and repair or replace products as necessary. Jose comes to Viwinco with experience as a glass manufacturer, where he worked in fabrication and glass replacement. Jose will be handling service issues within the territories local to Viwinco.
Brandon began working with Viwinco at the start of 2021 as an operator in the mulling department. One of the more technical manufacturing processes—the mulling department provided Brandon with a broad understanding of how our products are assembled and installed. At the end of 2021, he accepted an open position as a Viwinco Service Tech. Early on in his new role, he traveled alongside Viwinco Service Tech Jose Nuñez as he increased his product knowledge and learned to troubleshoot and fix issues that come up in the field. Brandon and Jose continue to travel together as they service the local territories to the Viwinco facility.
Born and raised in the Delmarva Peninsula, Henry brings over 30 years of carpentry and construction experience to the Viwinco Service Department. Henry began working with Viwinco in the Summer of 2022 as a service tech where he will service the Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia areas. He will continue to focus on developing his product knowledge and ways to troubleshoot product issues that come up. Henry’s presence in this area will be beneficial as we continue to improve our level of service to our customers
Austin began working with Viwinco in the Summer of 2022. A Panama City native with a strong service technician background, Austin Joins the team as the first dedicated Viwinco Service Tech in the Southern Territory. Austin’s initial focuses are to continue developing his Viwinco product knowledge and how to troubleshoot issues in the field in addition to installation practices in the southern region.
