
Angie began her career with Viwinco back in 2008 when she started working a receptionist position. While quickly gaining customer service experience, she then transitioned into a customer service position. In 2015, Angie took over the customer service department as the Customer Service Manager. Angie holds a Bachelors in Business Administration and has over a decade of customer service experience. She acts as a liaison between our outside sales representatives, customer base and the company to ensure that the customer’s needs are met in a timely manner. Angie’s sense of urgency, meticulous organization skills and thorough product knowledge are an asset within our customer service department.

Having joined the Viwinco customer service department in 2001, Maria has developed over 20-years of customer service experience at Viwinco. One of Maria’s best assets is her extensive product knowledge across the Viwinco product lines, paired with her proficiency on our new quoting software. Maria currently manages 6 territories, and actively fields calls from customers and Viwinco outside sales reps, to assist with providing quotes, order entry and customer questions.

Lisa Genovese joined Viwinco in June 2025 as our Senior Customer Service Representative, bringing over 25 years of customer service experience to the team. Prior to joining Viwinco, Lisa worked at another window manufacturer, where she gained firsthand knowledge of the manufacturing process before transitioning into a role within the service department. Most recently, Lisa worked in distribution as a customer service representative, where she collaborated closely with homeowners, contractors, and builders to resolve issues as they arose. During that time, she also became familiar with Viwinco products and our order entry system, VQ2. Since joining the team, Lisa has leveraged her attention to detail and exceptional people skills to deliver a positive and efficient experience for Viwinco customers.

Sarah comes to Viwinco with a Bachelors in Marketing and an extensive sales background in the building materials industry. Prior to joining Viwinco, Sarah worked at a building materials distributor where she specialized in window and door products. In this fast-paced role, she developed a lot of general industry knowledge while working closely with her builders and contractors. In the Summer of 2024, Sarah accepted a position as a Viwinco Customer Service Representative, where she supports her accounts located in Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. As she continues to learn the Viwinco products and processes, Sarah relies on her past experiences to provide her customers with a great level of service.

Over the course of his career, Brandon has played a key role in developing how companies service the needs of their customers. Before joining Viwinco, he worked at another window manufacturer, where he made significant improvements to their post-installation service department. Brandon credits his success to his positive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to delivering lasting solutions for customers. In his new role at Viwinco, Brandon is focused on setting the company’s service apart as ‘The Most Customer-Friendly’ in the industry. He aims to achieve this by fostering stronger cross-department collaboration, expanding billable service offerings, and prioritizing customer satisfaction above all else.

Throughout Tammy Groft’s career, she has been involved in the sales side of the building materials industry. While she began selling screen mesh, she quickly transitioned into a role where she sold screens to window and door manufacturers. Tammy’s dedication, close attention to detail, and exceptional product expertise allow her to never lose sight of her customer’s needs. In 2018, Tammy joined the Viwinco Northern Sales Team and has managed her territory which includes York and Adams County Pennsylvania, Northern Virginia, and Maryland. In 2022 Tammy transitioned to an inside role as the Service Manager where she will continue to develop and improve the Viwinco service department

In 2024, Ray joined the Viwinco Service Department as a Window and Door Specialist, bringing over 30 years of industry experience in window and door installation, service, and training. In his current role, Ray works closely with homeowners to troubleshoot issues and leverages his extensive knowledge to assist with more technical questions within the department. Looking ahead, Ray is committed to further developing the Viwinco service department, ensuring an enhanced experience for our customers.

Mike Clark joined Viwinco in February 2025 as the Service and Installation Project Coordinator. Before coming aboard, he spent over a decade in the hospitality industry, followed by a role as the Retail Installation Coordinator for a window company in Philadelphia, where he oversaw installations after the sales process. Mike is known for his ability to de-escalate challenging situations, his strong people skills, and his relentless drive to exceed customer expectations. His sense of urgency, paired with a commitment to enhancing the customer experience, has quickly made him a valuable member of our team. Since joining the company, Mike has focused on mastering Viwinco’s quoting system and building a deep understanding of our product lines. Looking ahead, he plans to help grow the service department to deliver an even higher level of support to homeowners.

With over 30-years of carpentry and remodeling experience, Steve joined the Viwinco team in July 2023 as our Sr. Service Technician. Given his previous experience, Steve has a thorough understanding when it comes to window and door installations that is crucial when troubleshooting issues as they occur in the field. Since joining the Viwinco team, he has been focusing on continuing to further his product knowledge and states that every job he goes out to is a learning experience. Steve takes great pride in addressing customer concerns and being able to provide lasting solutions to homeowner problems as they arise.

Boe Martz joined Viwinco in September 2024 as the Service Technician for the Delmarva, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey markets. He brings over 25 years of glazing experience across both residential and commercial applications, including prior hands-on experience installing Viwinco products. Since joining the team, Boe has taken great pride in resolving field issues and exceeding customer expectations. He continues to deepen his product knowledge and attributes his success to a combination of industry experience and strong determination. Looking ahead, Boe is focused on continually improving the customer experience through responsive, high-quality service.

Ryan Poly joined Viwinco in September 2024 as the Service Technician for the Northwestern market. His career in the trades began early—working for a residential remodeler throughout high school—where he gained hands-on experience in home renovation. After graduation, he continued developing his skills with a home builder, where he focused on framing, window and siding installation, and interior remodeling. Since joining Viwinco, Ryan has prioritized expanding his product knowledge and learning all aspects of the business. He brings a strong sense of urgency and a drive to exceed customer expectations to every job. Looking ahead, Ryan is focused on growing the service presence in his territory and delivering a higher level of support to Viwinco homeowners.

Brandon began working with Viwinco at the start of 2021 as an operator in the mulling department. One of the more technical manufacturing processes—the mulling department provided Brandon with a broad understanding of how our products are assembled and installed. At the end of 2021, he accepted an open position as a Viwinco Service Tech. Early on in his new role, he traveled alongside Viwinco Service Tech Jose Nuñez as he increased his product knowledge and learned to troubleshoot and fix issues that come up in the field.

Born and raised in the Delmarva Peninsula, Henry brings over 30 years of carpentry and construction experience to the Viwinco Service Department. Henry began working with Viwinco in the Summer of 2022 as a service tech where he will service the Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia areas. He will continue to focus on developing his product knowledge and ways to troubleshoot product issues that come up. Henry’s presence in this area will be beneficial as we continue to improve our level of service to our customers

Clayton James joined Viwinco in November 2024 as a Service Technician for the North Carolina market. Prior to joining the team, he spent five years in building materials distribution, gaining experience in both receiving and sales. During that time, he was first introduced to Viwinco and began familiarizing himself with the products we offer. Since joining the Viwinco service team, Clayton has focused on deepening his product knowledge and honing the skills needed to accurately diagnose and resolve a wide range of service needs. Outgoing and personable, he takes pride in resolving customer issues and stands behind the quality of the products he services.

Tyler Lenfestey joined Viwinco in July 2024 as the Service Technician for the Coastal Carolina market. Before joining the team, he spent several years in the construction industry, where he gained hands-on experience installing Viwinco OceanView products. This background gave Tyler a deep understanding of Viwinco’s product line and the ability to accurately troubleshoot issues in the field. Since joining Viwinco, Tyler has focused on accurately diagnosing customer concerns and delivering lasting solutions on the first visit. His attention to detail, sense of urgency, and commitment to exceeding customer expectations have quickly made him a valuable member of the team. Looking ahead, Tyler is focused on continuing to grow the service presence within his market and providing an exceptional level of support to Viwinco homeowners.

Cole Hawkins joined Viwinco in April 2025 as a Service Technician based in South Carolina. Before joining the team, he worked for a company specializing in custom screen porches and sunrooms, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in residential construction and customer interaction. Since coming aboard, Cole has made it a priority to follow through on every job, ensure the work is done right, and provide a positive, homeowner-focused experience. He attributes his success to his ability to connect with customers, communicate clearly, and address their concerns with confidence and care. Looking ahead, Cole plans to deepen his product knowledge and continue growing within the company as he supports Viwinco’s mission of delivering exceptional service.

Andrew Meany joined Viwinco in May 2025 as a Service Technician based in South Carolina. He brings nearly a decade of hands-on carpentry experience to the role, having worked across a range of residential remodeling projects and large-scale commercial installations during his time as a union carpenter. Prior to joining Viwinco, Andrew served as a project manager, overseeing turnkey installed sales across 6–10 neighborhoods at a time. Since coming on board, Andrew has been focused on building his knowledge of Viwinco’s product line and expanding the company’s service footprint in his market. He takes pride in listening carefully to customer concerns, asking the right questions, and ensuring issues are resolved correctly the first time.

Austin began working with Viwinco in the Summer of 2022. A Panama City native with a strong service technician background, Austin Joins the team as the first dedicated Viwinco Service Tech in the Southern Territory. Austin’s initial focuses are to continue developing his Viwinco product knowledge and how to troubleshoot issues in the field in addition to installation practices in the southern region.
