We settled on our new home at the beach in November, and the home inspection revealed that the tilt latches on some of the windows were broken, most likely due to the severe weather. This 5 plus star review is for ViWinco customer service, window warranty, replacement scheduling and installation services.We worked with Sarah Siegel, Michael Clark, Tyler Lefenstey and Clayton James to replace the glass on two very large window panes.From the time of our first reporting the issues, starting with Sarah, through the organization of installation with Michael, and the hands-on terrific work and work-ethic of Clayton and Tyler, we were immensely pleased with ViWinco service.They honored the warranty with no issues, Michael stayed in touch throughout the scheduling process, and on the day of installation Clayton and Tyler called to let us know they were going to be a bit late. When they arrived they were courteous, professional, and stayed late to make sure the windows were carefully replaced. I had a wonderful experience with the Viwinco customer service department. The seal on my Viwinco window released. I contacted the company through their website and after a brief exchange of Emails they sent a replacement sash to one of the local dealers, I picked up the replacement sash and after reviewing a Youtube video provided by the customer service representative, I easily replaced the damaged sash. The whole experience was simple and easy. Thank you.

I have a kitchen slider window purchased from Viwinco in 2012. This year the window experienced an IGU failure. I went to the Viwinco website and noticed there is a 20 year warranty on this issue. I submitted the required info. Viwinco (Hailey) got back to me quickly. I received a replacement on the date promised and I installed it the same day. Perfect replacement. I am very thankful and impressed with the service and how Viwinco stood by their product.

My Viwinco customer service rep was very knowledgeable of the situation that I was having. She responded to me in an amazingly prompt manner with an acknowledgement of my situation and then provided me with the items that I needed to correct the issue that I was having with my products.Viwinco's customer Service representative could not be more accommodating and I would recommend Viwinco to anyone who is either building or remodeling a house.
I’ve had my Viwinco casement windows for a bit over 10 years and they are just as nice as the day they put them in. I recently had a minor issue with a piece of locking hardware and a quick phone call is all it took to schedule a tech to drop by and square away my issue. I’ve purchased Anderson and Pella in the past and believe Viwinco to be better than Anderson quality and equal to Pella quality, but Viwinco has way more VALUE than either. Definitely happy with my purchase.

Our casement windows had been having an issue with the weather stripping around the windows staying in place after a number of years of service. After turning in a request for new weather stripping, the customer service Rep. Hailey responded in a very reasonable amount of time and after finding out which distributor we would prefer to have the material delivered to set that up for us.
