Jonathan Saeger
Northern Regional Manager

After serving 5-years in the U.S. Coast Guard, Jonathan Saeger decided to begin a career working in the trades, at a carpentry company. Having developed a wealth of experience on the home remodeling side, Jonathan then transitioned into a new management role at a building materials distribution site. After finding success at meeting the needs of contractors and homeowners, he was promoted to the site general manager. Jonathan joined Viwinco in 2018 and now leads our Northern Sales Team, overseeing operations throughout the Northeast and Midwest markets. Jonathan prides himself on his strong communication skills between his customer base.

Mike Poly

Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, Western New York, Indiana

Mike Poly joined the Viwinco Northern Sales Team in 2019 to manage the Ohio market, including Western Pennsylvania, Western New York, and Indiana. Mike’s diverse background includes over 10-years as a service tech for a window manufacturer and over 20-years of blended inside and outside sales experience, in the telecommunications and building materials industries. Native to Columbus, Ohio, Mike is highly knowledgeable of the Ohio market and prioritizes the needs of his cusomers.

Dalton Leedy

Eastern Pennsylvania

After graduating from the California University of Pennsylvania in 2017, Dalton Leedy began his career at Vitro with a position in Human Resources. There he managed onboarding, LEAN manufacturing events and safety training. After a year with Vitro, he transitioned to RiteScreen where he held different positions in Customer Service, I.T. and Sales over a 3-year period. His most recent position as an Account Manager prepared him to step in as a Viwinco Sales Representative. Dalton Joined Viwinco in February, 2022 and is focusing on improving his Viwinco product knowledge and learning how to troubleshoot issues, to better support his customers as he begins to travel in his Eastern Pennsylvania territory.

In 2023, Ed joined the Viwinco Northern Sales team as a sales representative for the New Jersey market. Ed brings to the team over 30 years worth of building materials and operations management experience. As a self starter, Ed leverages his attention to detail, organization skills and extensive experience in building materials as he continues to develop relationships and expand Viwinco’s presence in the New Jersey Market.

Northern Pennsylvania, Upstate New York

Mick joins the Viwinco sales team with 25 years of experience in the building materials industry, having held positions in both inside and outside sales. A native of Northern New York, Mick has built a successful career managing territories across the Northeast. Most recently, he served as a sales representative for a window manufacturer, where he managed a territory spanning Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Northern Delaware, Southeastern New York, and Upstate New York. In his new role at Viwinco, Mick will oversee the Upstate New York and Northern Pennsylvania regions. His extensive industry expertise, combined with a meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to customer service ensures an elevated level of support for his clients in the Northern region.

Chad Dansby
Mid-South Regional Manager

Chad Dansby has been with the Viwinco Northern Sales Team since July 2018. Having over 10-years of experience managing 2 residential and commercial glass installation companies, he is an expert when it comes to best installation practices and thermal performance. In addition to his management experience, he also has over 20-years of blended inside and outside sales experience. At the start of 2022, Chad was promoted to the role of Northern Regional Manager where he directly oversees a team of 6 sales reps.

Brad Hogan

North Carolina, Myrtle Beach

North Carolina native, Brad Hogan, brings over 25-years worth of window and door experience to the Viwinco Mid-South sales team. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of positions in both outside sales, and sales management in the building materials industry. In 2017, Brad joined the Viwinco salesforce where he currently manages the North Carolina area and parts of Myrtle Beach. Brad’s extensive background and deep product knowledge make him an asset to the Carolina window and door market.

Cole Sutton

Cole joined the Viwinco Mid-south Sales Team during the latter half of 2023. With over a decade of sales experience focused in office equipment and building materials, Cole contributes his success to his ability to build relationships, be responsive, and to take care of his customers. Since joining the team, Cole has prioritized familiarizing himself with his customers and their needs, in addition to furthering his industry knowledge. As he continues into his role, Cole looks forward to providing a high level of service to his customers as he grows Viwinco’s presence in the South Carolina market.

Delmarva Peninsula-Eastern Shore

Dean came to Viwinco in March of 2022 with a lifelong career in construction and sales. Having previously ran his own construction business, he is well versed in the building materials industry and is familiar with the best installation practices in regard to windows and doors. Dean joins the Northern Sales team where he will manage the Delmarva Peninsula-Eastern Shore territory. Although he is a Florida native, Dean has spent the last 17-years in the area, and is familiar with the territory and the needs of his clients.

Paul Russell Viwinco Maryland Virginia sales rep

Virginia, Maryland

Born and Raised in the Virginia Beach area, Paul Russell built a lifelong career in building materials sales. Through his teenage years he worked in various construction positions doing roofing, siding and window installations. After attaining his bachelors in marketing, Paul decided to make the transition into sales at the distribution level. For roughly 30-years Paul has worked closely with builders and contractors alike to meet the needs of their various projects. Towards the end of 2024 Paul joined the Viwinco team to grow and support the Virginia Beach and Maryland Markets. His extensive industry knowledge, attention to detail and drive to provide the right solution for the job will prove to be invaluable to his clients.

Kyle Shipp
Southern Regional Manager

Kyle Shipp joined the Viwinco Southern Sales Team in 2019 to manage the Florida Panhandle, Alabama, and Mississippi markets. His extensive background in window and door manufacturing and product development has provided him with a hands-on understanding of the way fenestration products are built and how they perform. Kyle has been working with impact-resistant products since 2004, and as a Panhandle native, he witnesses the devastation of hurricanes annually. Kyle’s expertise in impact-resistant products allows him to break down complicated performance and testing information for contractors and homeowners alike.

Colin Baker

Florida Peninsula

Colin Baker began his career as a contractor, installing windows and doors for commercial applications in Canada. After moving to Florida, he continued his work as an installer, working with a variety of products and learning the ins-and-outs of coastal applications and impact-resistant products. While installing Viwinco windows for Ty Pennington’s personal house in 2012, Colin was introduced to Viwinco President David Barnes. After completing the Ty Pennington project, Colin continued to use Viwinco products for projects and in 2014 he was offered the Florida sales rep position. With over 30-years worth of window & door installation and sales experience, Colin is an expert when it comes to Viwinco OceanView impact-resistant products.

Tom joined the Viwinco sales team in 2024 to manage the Florida Panhandle region, bringing with him over 20 years of sales and management experience in the building materials industry, with a focus on specialty products. Throughout his career, he has held both inside and outside sales roles in distribution, consistently leveraging his industry expertise, organizational skills, and customer-focused approach to build strong partnerships and drive growth in his territories. Tom is excited to bring this same level of dedication to the Viwinco South-eastern sales team, where he looks forward to delivering exceptional support to his customers and expanding his territory.

Inside Sales Representative

Joe Parente joined Viwinco in February 2025, bringing with him eight years of industry experience from another window manufacturer. Throughout his career, Joe has held a variety of roles—including Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Manager, Installation Supervisor, and Commercial Estimator—gaining well-rounded expertise across both residential and commercial segments. In these positions, Joe focused on project management, critical problem solving, and working closely with customers on large-scale commercial plans. Since joining Viwinco, he has concentrated on supporting our Blue Label Preferred Installer accounts and managing commercial quoting efforts. Known for his attention to detail, strong people skills, and sense of urgency, Joe is committed to delivering a high level of service. Looking ahead, he plans to continue developing the inside sales team to better support our customers and enhance the overall Viwinco experience.

Viwinco Inside Sales Representative—Hailey Barlow

Inside Sales Representative

Hailey Barlow joined Viwinco in July 2025 as an Inside Sales Representative. Hailey’s career in the building industry began as a window and door installer for her family’s construction company. At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, she enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps, where she continues to serve as a Corporal and heavy equipment mechanic, overseeing a team of Marines and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and team members remain accountable. Over the past three years, Hailey also worked at a window distribution site, where she advanced from a customer service role to a supervisor in the post-installation department, managing warranty claims and service-related issues. Since joining Viwinco, Hailey has focused on learning our systems and processes to provide high-level support within the department and to our customers. Her determination, drive, and strong sense of responsibility make her a valuable asset as we continue to strengthen our inside sales team.
