How to Register Your Viwinco Warranty
Registering your Viwinco window warranty is a simple step in the purchasing process that helps ensure you receive efficient service and support if you ever need assistance with your windows.
Warranty registration allows our team to quickly locate your product information, confirm coverage, and provide accurate support should a service issue come up.
Getting Started
We’ve created a short, step-by-step video that walks you through the warranty registration process from start to finish. To follow along, you’ll need your Viwinco warranty label, which can be found in accordance with the diagram below. This label is located in different spots depending on the product style.

Note: If the warranty label is missing, cannot be accessed or cannot be located, any window from the same order will have the same order number. If you are unable to find the warranty label, please contact customer service at 800-927-2848.
If you need to get a warranty label from a picture (fixed) window, the glazing bead will need to be removed to access it. However, if there are other windows from the same original order, you can use the warranty label from one of those windows for the picture window without removing the glazing bead from the picture window.

Please do not confuse the warranty label with the gold AAMA label—they are similar in shape and size, but the AAMA label does not contain the information required for submitting a warranty claim.

Once you’ve located your warranty label, mark down the following information. This information will be used in the “Viwinco Order Information” and “Distributor Information” sections.

- 1) Viwinco Job #, this will go in the “Viwinco Job Number” field.
- (2) Distributor, this will go in the “Distributor Code” field under “Distributor Information”
- (3) Product Line, this will go in the “Viwinco Brand” field.
- (4) Product Style, this will go in the “Window Type” field.
- (6) Delivery Date, this will go in the “Date of Installation” field.
Then, navigate to our warranty registration page and fill out the form to completion!
