I had a couple of DH windows with mildew inside the sealed sash pains. I tried for hours to fill out the online warranty info to no avail. I called and got Lisa S. She was so nice and thorough. She took the info and we were done in no time. It was so nice to speak with a human being, and Lisa could not have been nicer or more helpful. The claim was processed and back in my inbox within an hour. Thank you so much Lisa !!!!!!!!!
Our contractor as part of an addition installed a few Viwinco widows and 2 glass sliders a few years ago and for the most part we are very pleased with the windows. One of the sliders ended up having the locking mechanism break. Our contractor was no help, so I took apart the handle to see if I could understand the issue. I ended up reaching out to Viwinco and spoke to Lisa with customer service. She was extremely helpful and walked me through how to email them what they needed to address my issue. Their follow up was quick and they sent me a replacement handle that arrived with instructions a short time later. It was easy to install and I now realize it was how the contractor installed the handle that created the issue, not the product. I highly recommend Viwinco for both their products and their superior service as provided by Lisa. I will replace all the remaining windows in our home with Viwinco windows .
We couldn’t be happier with our new s-series windows. We went through our local lumber store and the time frame given us was on spot. My husband was impressed with the construction of these windows. And the sound from outside is greatly reduced.

We purchased a home that was built a few years earlier and fortunately we were able to transfer the lifetime warranty to our name. These windows are pretty pricy as they are high impact resistant which is good because we live in coastal South Carolina which has a fair share of hurricanes. A few windows over time became fogged due to the seals leaking and letting out the gas used for insulation. I called Viwinco and talked to their customer service representative with a few questions and she walked me though the process on replacing the window sashes as well as the balances. Lisa was phenomenal. She was pleasant, well versed on the windows and hardware and her follow up was the best. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

What great customer service. I called about a leaking seal on our window. Lisa answered the phone with a smile in her voice. She quickly provided me with the information that was needed to replace the window. I sent her an email with the documents needed, and within 15 minutes, I had a reply that the replacement was on the way.
Had trouble with the lock on my slider., so I phoned Viwinco, and they truly stand behind their products. Their service team is A+! Clayton and Tyler came out quickly and repaired our door. We had the technicians come over to replace a huge oversized window. There were 4 of installers and they all acted professionally and got the window installed. Excellent quality and the company was a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend! The product was well put together and during shipment they had it extremely well protected. Couldn't be happier!
