This review is strictly pertaining to our warranty experience so far in a less than three year old house. We aren’t thrilled with the finish and quality of the frames and glass from the factory, particularly since we went with majority impact glass for a premium price.Our warranty representative, Mike was very attentive to our warranty issues and made sure they were addressed. On site, Cole, Clayton, Tyler, and Andrew communicated perfectly, were exceptionally responsive, and were respectful of our home as well as our time. They were all very professional. Thanks guys!

Exceptional experience with Michael and his installation team. They were extremely informative and provided wonderful customer service from start to finish. My builder forgot to add the adjustment roller cover on my sliding doors. I was afraid the adjustment screws would get rusty so I contacted Viwinco to see if I could buy replacements. Lisa at customer service replied very quickly and determined that the parts were still under warranty and mailed out new ones. Really appreciate the great customer service

I reached out through the website because I needed hardware for two of my windows under the lifetime warranty. Lisa in customer service responded within an hour. She was professional and courteous, and communicated very clearly to me where to find the warranty info on the window in order to place the order. Once she placed the order she emailed me back the eta and detailed instructions on how to replace the part. Excellent customer service.

Ethan and Matt from Viwinco Windows replaced a window that was damaged during a hurricane. What an amazing duo! They were professional, courteous and so approachable! Upon completion, I checked out their work and was pleasantly impressed! Not only was the window installed perfectly, they reattached my security system for the window, cleaned the window AND returned my furniture to the area! Wow! Totally satisfied with this company!

Emailed the customer service inbox regarding a key issue with my slider and it was promptly responded to by Lisa. From some research it appeared my contractor had incorrectly ordered my door but Lisa was fantastic over a few email exchanges and quickly resolved my issue. Thanks again Lisa.
