Wow! I simply contacted customer service about purchasing a replacement sliding door lock (broken by Airbnb guests)… Hailey in customer service asked me to send a pic of the warranty label, so I did. Next thing I knew, she was sending me a free replacement part! It just arrived, exact match, I didn't even pay for shipping! Seldom do you find a company that stands behind their products like this! We had to replace our original 1969 windows and wanted to go with casement. We replaced all our windows with Viwinco and couldn’t be happier. Very well made and they look amazing (neighbors in our area also went with Viwinco after seeing ours). I had to replace a handle and Lisa went above and beyond to assist. Working for a community association, we reached out to Viwinco regarding a warranty claim on some failed sliding glass door seals. Once Hailey got involved she was able to move this claim along very quickly. Responsive and clear communication were provided by Hailey. She got us set up with Beau and his team onsite for the work to be completed. Beau's team worked diligently and professionally over a 4 day period to repair the seal failures, continuing to provide the same high level of communication and responsiveness that I experienced with Hailey. Overall, very satisfied with our experience with them.

When we built our house back in 2009, our builder used Viwinco windows. Over time, they became difficult to close. I contacted Viwinco and they sent out a technician, Ray, who did an outstanding job, adjusting each window so that they worked like new. He explained what to do in the future. We were extremely pleased with the prompt service.

Great experience through the entire warranty process. We purchased a new construction home on the beach in 2019, and due to the elements some of our window seals had went bad causing them to fog up. We contacted Viwinco Customer Service and interacted with an agent named Hailey. Viwinco replaced all 12 window sashes and also had a crew (Clayton and Tyler) come over to handle the installation at no charge. Hailey, Clayton and Tyler were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and performed the warranty order and installation quickly and efficiently. They made the process seamless and it was a pleasure interacting with all of them. I would definitely recommend Viwinco for their windows and ability to stand behind their product as well as the people they have. Thank you.

It is easy to give a good review when everthing goes right. What I can say is how professional and fantastic Viwinco was when there was an error with one of the 2 windows we were replacing under warranty. They made it right without and cost or burden to me. This is a sign of exceptional customer service. Hailey and the installation team was absolutely amazing to work with.

Purchased ViWinco windows for a rebuild in 2014. Very happy with the windows. This past year, 3 sashes starting having seal failure. Lisa, with customer service, walked me through the process to get the sashes replaced. They arrived 3 weeks after initial contact. They fit perfectly and the windows look brand new. Thank you to the ViWinco company for standing behind your products. We used the coastal package with impact glass (DP50). Our energy bills are respectable and we attribute much of that to their products. We highly recommend ViWinco.

Clayton and Tyler arrived on time. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They performed the uninstall with seamless proficiency and in less than 10 minutes. They had the replacement window installed and cleaned in less than 10 minutes. Exceptional service and highly recommended.

We had Viwinco Windows installed in 2010. The dealer said they have a lifetime warranty but, went out of business. So I called Viwinco Customer Service. Lisa asked me to email a photo of the fogged up window and the serial number. Within 24 hours I received an email stating the replacement sash would be delivered to a local lumber yard within 6-Weeks. On time I received a call that my window was in. I picked the window today and installed it myself, no service call was needed. Prefect fit, our windows look new again. I would buy Viwinco Windows again.
