Great experience through the entire warranty process. We purchased a new construction home on the beach in 2019, and due to the elements some of our window seals had went bad causing them to fog up. We contacted Viwinco Customer Service and interacted with an agent named Hailey. Viwinco replaced all 12 window sashes and also had a crew (Clayton and Tyler) come over to handle the installation at no charge. Hailey, Clayton and Tyler were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and performed the warranty order and installation quickly and efficiently. They made the process seamless and it was a pleasure interacting with all of them. I would definitely recommend Viwinco for their windows and ability to stand behind their product as well as the people they have. Thank you.

It is easy to give a good review when everthing goes right. What I can say is how professional and fantastic Viwinco was when there was an error with one of the 2 windows we were replacing under warranty. They made it right without and cost or burden to me. Purchased ViWinco windows for a rebuild in 2014. Very happy with the windows. This past year, 3 sashes starting having seal failure. Lisa, with customer service, walked me through the process to get the sashes replaced. They arrived 3 weeks after initial contact. They fit perfectly and the windows look brand new. Thank you to the ViWinco company for standing behind your products. We used the coastal package with impact glass (DP50). Our energy bills are respectable and we attribute much of that to their products. We highly recommend ViWinco.

Clayton and Tyler arrived on time. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They performed the uninstall with seamless proficiency and in less than 10 minutes. They had the replacement window installed and cleaned in less than 10 minutes. Exceptional service and highly recommended.

We had Viwinco Windows installed in 2010. The dealer said they have a lifetime warranty but, went out of business. So I called Viwinco Customer Service. Lisa asked me to email a photo of the fogged up window and the serial number. Within 24 hours I received an email stating the replacement sash would be delivered to a local lumber yard within 6-Weeks. On time I received a call that my window was in. I picked the window today and installed it myself, no service call was needed. Prefect fit, our windows look new again. I would buy Viwinco Windows again.

I have a house full of hurricane impact windows with a lifetime warranty. We live on the coast of NC and been through several hurricanes in the past several years with minor issues. I've dealt with the Viwinco customer service rep. in my area, Mike, who always answered the phone, is completely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. All issues that I had were resolved in a timely fashion thanks to Mike who is an asset to Viwinco windows company. The contractor who recently installed my sliding glass door was not helpful in providing info for getting a replacement part. I finally contacted Viwinco, and reached Hailey. She was most helpful in arranging for a replacement part and also providing YouTube video links for making adjustments to the patio doors. I wish that contractors could be as helpful as Hailey in resolving any issues with their products.
