This review is strictly pertaining to our warranty experience so far in a less than three year old house. We aren’t thrilled with the finish and quality of the frames and glass from the factory, particularly since we went with majority impact glass for a premium price.Our warranty representative, Mike was very attentive to our warranty issues and made sure they were addressed. On site, Cole, Clayton, Tyler, and Andrew communicated perfectly, were exceptionally responsive, and were respectful of our home as well as our time. They were all very professional. Thanks guys!
