One never hopes to have to find out if customer service for any product is as good as reported. We had a sliding door panel lose its seal and get hazy. Communications with the company lead to a full warranty replacement. ViWinco stood by their product!Beau and Franklyn were the repair team. Customer service cannot be beat! In today's world with everything AI generated or talking to robots on a phone, it was a pleasure to deal with ViWinco every step of the way! With this company and their customer care, I always spoke to a live person and was help by three different individuals who were all equally as helpful and polite as could be. Of course the product is second to none, but the staff was extremely helpful, guided us in the right direction and the end result was beautiful sliders that work smoothly and without effort. I am the owner of a construction company and we primarily work on coastal homes/beach front properties. Any time a client is in need of replacement windows and doors viwinco is my recommendation. They by far have an amazing, well built,quality product that lasts and resists the harsh environment. Their customer service is exceptional as well. Viwinco Windows stand by their products! My window developed a seal failure and as a result the window fogged up. I submitted an online Warranty Claim, process was simple, and uploaded photos. Once submitted, Lisa in customer care was great, she worked with me on my Claim, and getting a replacement window on the way. Thank you Lisa !!

I am impressed with my experience with Michael Clark, Tyler and Clayton. First, Michael reached out, listened to my concerns, scheduled the inspection and provided his direct cell number in case I needed anything. When Tyler and Clayton arrived, they were very polite and professional, doing a thorough assessment of all the windows in an organized manner. It was clear that they were highly knowledgeable about the product, working both effectively and efficiently together. This level of customer service is a rarity these days.
