The contractor who recently installed my sliding glass door was not helpful in providing info for getting a replacement part. I finally contacted Viwinco, and reached Hailey. She was most helpful in arranging for a replacement part and also providing YouTube video links for making adjustments to the patio doors. I wish that contractors could be as helpful as Hailey in resolving any issues with their products.

We had just had our windows replaced on our Florida retirement home. We are very happy with the windows and with the installation. The installation company went out of business before the trim work was completed. We contacted Viwinco customer support and received an immediate response. I'll update the review once it's resolved.We are very happy with their product. I'll add some photos at that time.I will add at this time that Hailey was awesome!!

Excellent service from Hailey. She and Viwinco offered replacement windows under warranty for two windows that were getting foggy between the glass. The process was very easy and smooth, and I really appreciated that. Communication was very good and the process was seamless. Thank you!

A routine issue with fogging was handled with ease by Lisa of customer service. What prompted this post was the extraordinary service by Lisa. My windows were delivered to a newly "merged" company who closed the doors. I tried several days to find my windows. I decided to call customer service at Viwinco. After explaining my story of woe, Lisa was already looking at my account and asked me to give her a few minutes. Less than a few minutes she had all my answers and , again, a very happy customer. She is a gem!!!!

Outstanding experience: Reached out to Viwinco regarding issues with three sashes and a few tilt latches. Sarah in Customer Care was extremely helpful and responsive and assured me that all components would be replaced under Viwinco's comprehensive warranty which was reassuring to hear.
