We’re excited to announce our new and improved warranty process, designed with convenience and efficiency in mind! 

Introducing QR Code Warranty Labels 

As part of this upgrade, all Viwinco windows and doors now feature a QR code on the warranty label. When you scan the QR code with your smartphone or tablet, you will be taken directly to our online warranty submission form at Parts.Viwinco.comwith key product information already filled in! No more translating numbers on a warranty label, just scan and go. 

How Does it Work?

Here’s a quick overview of how to submit a Parts.Viwinco.com request: 

Step 1: Locate the Warranty Label 

Find the label on your window or door. It includes important details like the order number, product line, distributor code, and serial number. 

Step 2: Scan the QR Code 

Use your mobile device to scan the QR code. This will automatically take you to Parts.Viwinco.com and will populate the form with your window’s information. 

Step 3: Complete the Form 

Choose your request type (parts or service), add your contact info, and upload a photo of the warranty label and the issue with your window. 

Step 4: Submit Your Claim 

Once submitted, our customer service team will take it from there. From shipping parts to your distributor or scheduling a technician, we have you covered! 

No QR Code? No Problem. 

If your window’s warranty label doesn’t include a QR code, you can still use the form at Parts.Viwinco.com! Just enter the serial number or key details like order number, distributor, and window size.
