Viwinco quickly outgrew its 8,000 sq. ft. facility in Edgemont, PA, and moved to a 12,500 sq. ft. facility in Frazer, PA. Here they acquired their first piece of welding equipment and introduced welding to the casement frame and sash. The welding equipment revolutionized the window manufacturing process and the newly developed product became the precursor to the Edgemont window.
