Custom Beach Home — Holmes Beach Florida

This one-of-a-kind custom beach home is located off Marina Drive in Holmes Beach — one of the most sought-after areas on Anna Maria Island. The house was designed with high-end finishes both inside and out of the home. Inside is a perfectly executed open floor plan, with plenty of partial views of the canal. It is only two blocks away from Anna Maria Island’s world-famous beaches. The home’s custom features, modern fixtures, shiplap accent walls and light airy atmosphere make this project the perfect family vacation getaway.

Beacon Home Design came up with the design and interior details. Moss Builders from Holmes Beach specialize in building a quality custom coastal home; they were in charge of the build. GulfView Windows & Doors installed the windows. This project’s window package includes fixed windows, double-hung, and colonial casement windows, all from our Viwinco OceanView window product lines. Simulated divided lites are used on the top sash of all the double-hung units, as well as on the colonial casements, which are made to look like hung windows, and include SDLs on the simulated top sash. Fixed units such as the geometrics and picture units also include SDL’s.

This unique and elegant beach getaway’s bold blue siding and bright white contrasting windows set this house apart, and create such a captivating home.
