This traditional new construction home is located in Chester County, PA surrounded by beautiful woods. The house was built by Jonathan Pershall Construction Services LLC, he is also the homeowner. This project was a complete teardown, the new build is bigger and modern compared to the prior house. Black exterior, S-Series new construction windows were used in this project including, double-hung, 2 and 3 unit window walls, casements, mulled units, and a sliding patio door. To add to the traditional look of the home, the windows all include simulated divided lites, which provide the most authentic divided lite appearance since they are applied to both the inner and outer glass lites. Not only do they give added character to a home but they also enhance its energy efficiency.
