This home was built by Iacchetta Builders in the coastal town of Fenwick Island in Sussex County, Delaware. The home was built right on the bay and has private water access, providing a quick water passage to the open water. The many large windows and doors used in this project provide ample sunlight and spacious views of the oceanfront landscape to the homeowners.

For this project, Iacchetta Builders chose to use Viwinco S-Series new construction products throughout the home. Included in this build are double-hungs, 2-panel patio doors, twin double-hungs. The styles used also included flat white casing and extension jambs to achieve a unique customized look.
