Scott Hearld from Blue Water Builders of St. Pete installed Viwinco OceanView impact-resistant windows into this newly renovated cottage-style home. OceanView windows are impact-resistant windows designed to withstand intense storms. Manufactured with an impressive glass package that includes laminated glass, these windows are designed to protect the home from windborne debris, ensuring the building envelope is protected during harsh weather. 

This project’s window package consists of impact-resistant single-hungs, casements, and fixed picture windows with simulated divided lites (SDLs). The home’s interior has excellent sightlines and a clean and modern vibe. The SDLs give the home’s exterior a clean, traditional look.
