Modern Farmhouse – Lewes DE
This rendition of the modern farmhouse design is located in Lewes, Delaware. Built by Schell Brothers, the Lewes farmhouse is in close proximity to the Delaware Bay and popular tourist destination Rehoboth Beach.
Included in this project are a variety of Midnight Black windows and patio doors from our S-Series product line to create a dramatic contrast with the whiteboard and batten siding. The styles featured in this house are: mulled two-unit casements, picture windows, awnings, and four-panel patio doors. All of the windows in this house also have 1H-1V grid patterns throughout.
