This bungalow style beach home is the perfect family or vacation home. With an enclosed veranda, a spacious backyard and a coastal outdoor shower, the Hickman is great for entertaining guests. Ocean views, beachy details and functional design elements embody this Delaware beach house.
Featuring a variety of window styles, this project has our S-Series twin, double-hung mulled units on the front of the house with a circular geometric unit on the gable. The home is also flanked by several double-hung and picture units with colonial style grids and flat trim casing. Near the front door, a casement window provides ample ventilation for hot, summer days. Finally, leading from the home to the veranda is our 2-lite patio door also with colonial style grids.
