The 1/2″ stainless-steel, constant-force Edgemont Balance is located in both of the window frame’s jambs. Used in Edgemont double-hung windows, the balance provides the sash support by counterbalancing the weight during operation. This allows for ease of operation and keeps your sash from crashing down when open.
