Single- and Double-Hung

The bottom sash of a Single-Hung window is connected to counterbalances in the frame channel to assist with easy operation, while Double-Hungs house two operable sashes for the top or bottom sash to open. 

Double-Hung S-Series windows come standard with our patented Tilt-n-Lock technology that allows for single-handed operation, and the ability to disengage the tile latches from the jam to utilize the tilt-in window operation. This easy tilt-in feature allows the homeowner to perform easy maintenance and cleaning. The Tilt-n-Lock does away with the traditional tilt latches giving a clean look.

Casement and Awning

Casements are hinged at the side and open outward to the left or right. Awnings are similar in function to casements but aren’t hinged at the top and open outwards and up.
