Situated only blocks off the beach, this new construction home uses Viwinco OceanView impact-resistant windows. There’s an added layer of protection when using impact resistant OceanView windows, that help protect the home from strong winds and heavy rain. The builder installed large picture windows to maximize the views and included single-hung windows over awnings to help with ventilation when needed. Also included are simulated divided lites (sdl’s), which were added through the home to add more charm.
